In 2011 the National Health Service established a new organisation to bring property and facilities management expertise to the NHS estate. The organisation embarked on an ambitious business transformation programme. The programme was to feature the implementation of new technology for real estate management. Brightline – All Aboard Florida (operated by Virgin Trains USA) – The All Aboard Florida passenger rail project will connect South and Central Florida utilizing 195 miles of an existing, active rail corridor located along the eastern portion of the state. The City of San Diego – Pure Water San Diego is the City’s phased, multi-year program that will provide one-third of San Diego’s water supply locally by 2035. The Pure Water Program will use proven water purification technology to clean recycled water to produce safe, high-quality drinking water. Link to download
Atlanta Airport – Since 1998, Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport has been the world’s busiest airport by passenger traffic. . In March 2016, airport officials announced a 20 year, $6B master development plan. Airport improvements include construction of a new concourse, a sixth runway, a 400 room hotel and additional cargo structures and parking garages. Link to download
Dubai Parks and Resorts – Dubai Parks & Resorts has been designed as a mega leisure and entertainment destination to serve the regions within a four hour flying distance from Dubai. The first phase will comprise three theme parks: Motiongate Dubai, Bollywood Parks Dubai, and LEGOLAND® Dubai. The first phase is scheduled for completion in 2016. Link to download
Grand Egyptian Museum – The Egyptian Ministry of Culture has begun construction on what will become the largest archaeological museum in the world showcasing the last 7,000 years of the history of Egypt. Link to download
Lake Oswego – In 2008, the cities of Lake Oswego and Tigard formally endorsed a partnership agreement for sharing drinking water resources and costs. This $254 million dollar project increases system capacity to deliver high-quality drinking water from the Clackamas River to the communities of Lake Oswego and Tigard. Link to download

San Diego International Airport is the busiest single-runway commercial service airport in the nation. Approximately 4,900 employees work for the airlines, support service providers, federal agencies, fixed base operator, cargo operators, concessions and San Diego County Regional Airport Authority at the Airport. Tucson International Airport is the 64th largest commercial airport in the USA and one of the busiest general aviation airports in Arizona. The annual spend for maintenance and capital improvements varies but has generally ranged between $8 million to $30 million per year, with an occasional peak of above $50 million for very large projects. UC Davis ranked among the nation’s top hospitals for 2014-15 according to an annual U.S. News & World Report Best Hospitals survey. UC Davis Medical Center serves a 65,000-square-mile area that includes 33 counties and six million residents across Northern and Central California. The University of Washington founded in 1861 is one of the oldest universities on the West Coast of the USA. The University has three campuses: the primary and largest in the University District of Seattle and two others in Tacoma and Bothell. Its operating expenses and research budget typically exceeds $5B which is amongst the highest in the United States. The University occupies over 500 buildings, with over 20 million gross square footage of space, including the University of Washington Plaza, the 325-foot UW Tower, over 26 university libraries, as well as numerous conference centers. Established in 1902, the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission began operation of the Newark Bay Treatment Plant in 1924 as a means to alleviate pollution in the Passaic River and its tributaries. Major expansions, upgrades and renovations throughout the twentieth century have made the PVSC one of the largest wastewater treatment plants in the United States. Since 1902, the PVSC has expanded its mission to enhance the viability, and environmental health and security of the 1.4 million residents in the 48 municipalities of Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Union and Passaic Counties of the Passaic Valley Service District.
