Its been over a year since I setup to bring the best new project control related technologies to the UK construction sector. Of the companies I’ve worked with perhaps the most interesting story is that of ShapeDo.
When I first contacted ShapeDo they were just a couple of tech wizards based in Israel with a simple machine vision technology to align and compare drawings. I saw some similarities to a system called Acumen which I’d had good success with. The challenge was that ShapeDo were a long way from being ready for the level of complexity inherent in the big infrastructure projects we have here in the UK.
